Continuing the use of readily available items, the coal merchants has an office and sanitary facility!The hut is a humble Hornby- maybe Tri-ang/Hornby offering. The outhouse was found at an exhibition sometime.
Just needs a sign to depict ownership plus a pile of coal somewhere.
