Some time ago I aquired a Graham Farish General Purpose Tank Engime. This I mated with a 94XXbody to use on my new N Gauge layout- as yet un-named.
However, whilst visiting Devon , I popped in to PECO at Beer. Quite a coincidence really as I bumped into Steve Flint who reminded me to send the trackplan for Hillbrow.
Anyway- the shop had a Tram Engine kit and the result is shown here. A well cast kit which required the minimum of cleaning up. Used the Bob Smith Industries cyano glue to stick it alltogether- the slightly thicker consistency filled several of the gaps.
I must say that the chassis runs better with this weight although the cast metal body for the 94XX isn't light.
Just needs another dust of primer and then a top coat- haven't yet decided what colour.
